The Race Night will take place in the Tony Ingham Suite at Loftus Road on 23rd April. Its entry by ticket only and they are still available from the Box Office at £4.00 each or from the following Committee Members:

All the money raised will go to the QPR Girls teams. The Independent R’s have sponsored one of the races’The Indy R’s Triumph Hurdle’ and Big Dave has kindly sponsored four horses. There will be a hot sausage in a roll and everyone will receive a Race Card. Doors open at 7.00pm and the first race will commence at 7.30pm. It is hoped that some Club officials will also attend but to avoid any disappointment, understandably Pat prefers not to say who could attend but some representation is expected. If you have never been to one, it’s certainly a good night out for a very worthy cause.
Because of the restriction on numbers in the Tony Ingham Suite, they don’t want people turning up on the night without tickets in case that could then take it over the allocated capacity. So at the moment they are still sticking to the ‘entry by ticket only’. But If they still have some tickets to sell the day before, then they might put something on the websites to say that people can come along on the night, but at the moment they have to stick to this policy.
