No, I've heard of The Turtles - something to do with Teenage Mutants?? :shock:
And I happen to know (because Tony Blackburn said so, on his Saturday show)
that Volman went on to join Frank Zappa's band & later formed a group called Flo & Eddy.
So there.

Also R.I.P. the Duchess of Kent.

Tragic news from the BBC.

'British boxing champion Ricky Hatton has died at the age of 46.

He was found dead at his home on Sunday, Greater Manchester Police said.

Hatton's stellar career included world titles in two weight classes - light-welterweight
and welterweight.

Nicknamed "The Hitman", he was set to return to the ring in December.'

Sad news from the BBC...

'Hollywood icon Robert Redford has died at age 89.

The retired actor turned director starred in movies like 'Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid'
and 'All The President's Men'

Redford founded the Sundance Film Festival, which takes place annually in Utah in the US in
1978.'

'The Sting' was another classic..
