I have been very critical of this individual and his performance as CEO of QPR,
there doesn’t seem to have been any progress made during his tenure.
We have had 2 managers in 2 years, no doubt a third manager will be arriving
sooner rather than later.
The squad of players recruited by Nourry and his cohorts have simply not been
good enough, how on earth this individual is deemed qualified to head the
recruitment of managers, coaches and players at QPR sums the whole club up
in a nutshell.
Signing players who are injured on arrival at the club, signing players who allegedly
get injured in their first training session, continuously signing young unproven players,
the recruitment process at QPR is a mess because we have clueless amateurs heading
the recruitment department.
We are in free fall and it’s about time the hierarchy at QPR, start looking at the running
of the club. Another couple of defeats this week and the supporters will become very
restless, we have been here before and no doubt we will be back again.
We need experienced football leadership at QPR.
Re: Christian Nourry
Long gone are the days of clubs having scouting systems where they
would identify players after watching them several times.
The Manager would then have a look himself then recommend the player
to the Board if he was considered as being a needed player.
It is obvious that we are not targeting the areas we need players but merely
collecting lightweight midfielders prone to injury and usually carrying injuries
when signed.
These are not football decisions anymore but seem to be questionable money
decisions by people who do not know football.
If the manager has little say in his players or team what is the point in having
one?

Re: Christian Nourry
We as a club in my opinion are in serious trouble, Christian Nourry the CEO is
the individual in the club responsible for the recruitment of managers and players.
This man is neither qualified or knowledgeable enough, to hold such a responsible
role critical to a club like QPR.
The hierarchy at QPR need to stand up now and evaluate everything in the running
of the club, we are in free fall and there is no sign of any improvement.
The hierarchy need to show more interest or sell the club, they have continually
got it wrong for many years now.

Re: Christian Nourry
Nourry also needs to communicate or is that a dirty word for him?
The mixed messages or absolute silence about certain players is unacceptable.
Is Chair really injured or doing community service as suggested to me by Young Kerrins.
We know about his court case and verdict so why hush it up. It has to be done close
to the trial result.
Obikwu is now surrounded by non injury rumours on other boards. Once again silence.
Poku again seems to be returning then joins the disappearing players. Again silence.
Experienced players we now need go out on loans with little explanation.
As with Obikwu in this day and age it is practically impossible to cover up such things
and when the real reasons are disclosed the Club looks as stupid as they think the fans
are.
As I have frequently stated fans have little say now as our ticket money is a small
percentage of the club income.
It looks like we are considered as being unworthy of being told the truth.

Re: Christian Nourry
One of my main concerns in all of this is that QPR are in free fall, and to
state the bleeding obvious, are in serious danger of relegation.
Division 1 is the old 3rd division in all but name, and it's in the realms of
possibility that we are heading back there.
We were last promoted from the old 3rd division during the 1966/67 season,
and the thought of all those wasted years is heartbreaking.
NOURRY OUT - HOOS OUT - AND TAKE THE MANAGER AND ALL OF THE SODDING
BACKROOM STAFF WITH YOU

Re: Christian Nourry
Bill you forgot to mention the dross that Nourry has brought to the club, I think
any of us supporters could have recruited better than him.
I also believe that neither Field or Morrison, would have been sent out on loan to
rival clubs.
We are a badly run football club, that lacks the necessary professionalism to be
successful.
Nourry and Stephan out.
