Great news from the Club...

'QPR attacker Koki Saito is in line to make his senior international debut after being called up by
Japan.

His maiden selection follows a number of great performances for the R’s following his permanent
switch in the summer – which included his goal in our 3-1 win against Charlton Athletic in August.

Saito has represented Japan at every age group from Under-16 level, as well as featuring for the
national side at the 2024 Olympics.

Of course, the 24-year-old initially joined us on loan last term and has quickly become a firm fans'
favourite.

Saito will link up with the Japan national side after this weekend for their upcoming international
friendlies versus Paraguay and Brazil.

Hajime Moriyasu’s men will take on Paraguay on Friday 10th October, KO 11:20 BST at the Suita City
Stadium, before facing giants Brazil on Tuesday 14th October, KO 11:30 BST at the Ajinomoto Stadium.
