Got to be a response to the Coventry performance today.
Must be Nardi back in between the sticks. Got to be potent and vocal with defence re: commanding his area.
Dunne, Cook and Morrison must be resolute in leading an impenetrable defence. Will it be Ezquerdinha at left back?
Varane and Field have a leadership and communication job in linking defence to attack and keeping all players on
the boil for 90+ minutes. No passengers. No lightweight play. No wastefulness. Got to be a plan that the whole team
sticks to.
The wingers need a fast and relentless shift --- looking for the ball and supplying as many chances to strikers as possible
plus following up their chance creation with follow-up option to shoot themselves if strikers need to recycle.
My choice would be Smyth and Dembele. Also need to see Dunne / Ezquerdinho supporting flank attack with energy and
directness.
Two up front. Need two plus goals per game. Which prob means 10 shooting chances required. Kone and Kolli.
Morgan / Hayden / Chair (if fit) / Saito (if match fit) haven't made it into my first dig at a starting 11. The starters need
to go all out to get ahead. Preplanned subs to come on early enough to make impact (60) and to assure starters that they
can go all out from the whistle and be replaced with fresh legs. Need to generate a positive crowd energy to support team
confidence. Going behind is not an option today.
We can do this one against a team just up into this division.
Come on you Rrrrrrrs!

Nardi back in goal?.....how many more changes?
No Ilias Chair but apparently Saito is in the squad.

Can't argue with any of your points, Conor.
Hope we get a win & I hope you enjoy the game.
