Yesterday, Part One: Piccadilly Line was out up to Acton Town so it was the replacement bus for the journey to Heston.

U18's lined up s follows: Little, McLean, Mongwele, Aoraha, Mahorn, Fahmy, De Silva, Jude-Boyd, Kargbo, Babajide, Oguntayo.

First real effort fell to Hamzad Kargbo who curled his shot from outside the box & the Bolton keeper made a great stop, fisting the ball away to safety. The visitors took the lead courtesy of an own goal.

Alex Aoraha later equalised after receiving a superb through ball from Babajide. 1-1 at ht.

We didn't really get going after the break whilst the visitors went into a 4-1 lead. They also missed an easy one on one.

Rangers created very little on target but we pulled a goal back with virtually the last kick of the match. Mongwele's cross from the left was met with a 2-footed close range volley from Kargbo.

Only 3 subs on the bench (not incl. a keeper?) & Raheem Conte, Henry Hawkins & Harmed Ishola all featured.

I set off for Loftus Rd with Alan Barnes & we were held up for a long time on the Underground because of signal failure around Turnham Green..........
