Can anyone answer these questions?

There may be a possibility of QPR paying a fine of £60 million plus fine to the Football League for breaching the Financial Fair Play "rules".

What does the Football Leagues Annual accounts show for the year in question?
How will FFP "fines" impact upon the annual accounts of the Football League?
What will the Football League do with a windfall income of £60 million?
How will the clubs in the Football League benefit?
Will it be allocated for the benefit of other clubs?
Will it be put in the Football League coffers for the sole benefit of the Football League?

And also (correct me if I am wrong)

How come Hull City only got a fine of £145,000?
