Forest hadn’t scored in their previous 3 home games, which is always an ominous stat for us!

We took a long time to settle into the game. Things picked up very briefly in the latter stages of the half, Charlie Austin knocked an effort over the bar from Barbet’s cross & Stefan Johansen shot wide from a good position.

Disaster struck in the 44th minute courtesy of a mistake from Barbet which allowed an easy tap in from Alex Mighten!

Forest were happy to sit back, watch us knock the back across the back & then wait for us to give the ball away and many players were guilty of that!

The home side pretty much dominated the 2nd half & around the hour mark Lewis Grabban curled his shot into the top corner.

Minutes later, Garner, on loan from ManU, caught out Seny Dieng when he floated his free kick over him from near the corner flag.

Lyndon Dykes pulled one back in added time with a flying header from Albert’s cross.

Luke Freeman, on loan from Sheffield Utd, came on for them n the 2nd half.

I dread reading stuff like that, you just know it can only end one way. Badly.
e.g., we're at home to a team that hasn't won away for 6 games.....
guess where they break their duck!
