I have been very critical of this individual and his performance as CEO of QPR,
there doesn’t seem to have been any progress made during his tenure.

We have had 2 managers in 2 years, no doubt a third manager will be arriving
sooner rather than later.

The squad of players recruited by Nourry and his cohorts have simply not been
good enough, how on earth this individual is deemed qualified to head the
recruitment of managers, coaches and players at QPR sums the whole club up
in a nutshell.

Signing players who are injured on arrival at the club, signing players who allegedly
get injured in their first training session, continuously signing young unproven players,
the recruitment process at QPR is a mess because we have clueless amateurs heading
the recruitment department.

We are in free fall and it’s about time the hierarchy at QPR, start looking at the running
of the club. Another couple of defeats this week and the supporters will become very
restless, we have been here before and no doubt we will be back again.

We need experienced football leadership at QPR.

Long gone are the days of clubs having scouting systems where they
would identify players after watching them several times.

The Manager would then have a look himself then recommend the player
to the Board if he was considered as being a needed player.

It is obvious that we are not targeting the areas we need players but merely
collecting lightweight midfielders prone to injury and usually carrying injuries
when signed.

These are not football decisions anymore but seem to be questionable money
decisions by people who do not know football.

If the manager has little say in his players or team what is the point in having
one?
