Pretty feeble, IMO.
e.g., provide proof of a negative lateral flow test, taken within 48 hours of the game -
that leaves you plenty of time to get infected, especially if you travel to the ground by train.
ZERO enforcement of mask-wearing on trains, in my experience (when I came up for the Stoke game).
And these tests aren't personalised, you could take someone else's in.
OK as far as it goes, if everyone's honest and takes care after the 48 hours -
but those are 2 big ifs.
