Good luck to him. News from the Club...

YOUNG striker Rohan Vaughan has joined QPR's Development Squad ahead of next season.
Rohan, 19, moves to W12 following two years at Burnley and a successful trial period with the
R's towards the end of the 2023/24 campaign.

Vaughan predominately featured for the Clarets' Under-18s during his time at Turf Moor and ironically
scored against Rangers in the FA Youth Cup in January.

"QPR really impressed me with how much time they've invested in me and wanted me to be here,"
he told www.qpr.co.uk.

"It felt like it would be silly not to take this opportunity - a new challenge and new atmosphere.
I'm really looking forward to it.

"I'm a big number nine who can hold the ball up - I can also run in behind.

"There is a clear plan for my development and I feel like if I can use the coaches and the resources available
to me down here, I can really propel my career and get closer to the first team.

"That's my aim - I want to be around the first team at some stage."

QPR CEO Christian Nourry added: "We are excited to witness Rohan’s development at the football club,
notably in his out-of-possession work.

"He has demonstrated strong finishing abilities that can be further enhanced at QPR. From a positional profile
perspective, he has qualities, which will be up to our coaching staff to develop, to make smart runs as well as
being strong in his hold-up and linking play."
