Last Night.....

We exited the Premier League Cup last night at Hednesford Town 2-4.
But it was a superb performance from the U23's & we were much the better side.
for much of the game.
West Brom had scored after 3 mins or so but we were on the front foot pretty much throughout.
That said, we were a little too open at times at the back when the home side counter-attacked
down the middle.
Sinclair Armstrong scored two & I was pretty much level when another 'goal' was ruled offside
He also forced a couple of very good saves from Tes Cann.
Hamzad Kargbo was constantly having his shirt tugged, had a good game & he had a header cleared off the line.
Alex Aoraha was superb.
Team: Halwax, Remy, Woollard-Innocent, Domi, Carlyle, Pitblado, Owens, Bettache,
Armstrong, Aoraha, Kargbo.
Only 4 subs, Alfie LLoyd came on in the 2nd half.
Good to see Martin & thanks to Sammy for the lift.
