'QPR’s Development Squad edged a five-goal affair with Bournemouth to return to winning ways on Wednesday.
Paul Furlong’s high-flyers overcame the Cherries in a six-pointer on the South Coast to finish February with their
first victory of the month.
Early strikes from Nathan Jeche (10th minute) and Steven Bala (21) gave Rangers a two-goal cushion at half-time,
but Jonny Stuttle’s reply four minutes after the re-start threatened a second-half comeback.
The hosts’ hopes were dashed by Rafferty Pedder, who all but secured victory seven minutes from time before
Bournemouth added a second at the death through Michael Gonzalez.
Rangers return to home soil next week when they welcome Millwall to the Powerday Stadium on Tuesday night.
QPR: Cant, Rendall, Leahy, Hawkins, Woodman (Tuck 70), Sackey (Evans 70), Ajose (Vaughan 65), Murphy, Jeche,
Pedder, Bala (Anthony 55).'
