R.I.P. 60s folk singer Melanie Safka - or just Melanie, as she was known.
Most famous for her cover of The Wurzels' "Combine Harvester" (are you sure? - ed.)
I saw her play once at Crystal Palace.......it was an all-day concert, not a football match! :roll:

One of the Beeb's greatest ever DJs.
He first brought the "zoo" concept to the UK - that is, not just a DJ, but a whole team of people in the studio.
His Steve Wright In The Afternoon show on Radio 1 was my favourite ever radio show.
Some of his Radio 2 colleagues were in tears yesterday & today.
