To me.
Sunday was the 55th anniversary of my 1st game - we beat Ipswich 2-1 in what was our first-ever
win in the top flight.
There have been a few ups & downs since then.....needless to say, more downs than ups!
But I wouldn't change allegiance, #RTID.

And we actually went on beat Sheffield Wednesday a few days later...3-2
...with goals from Alan Wilks, Barry Bridges & Micky Leach.
Only two more wins after that & one of those was our final home game
of the season!

Steve, I had every intention of going to the Blackburn game, as it was so close to the actual day.
Then something else cropped up & I couldn't make it - a narrow escape!
