3-3 Draw at Ipswich for the Development Squad....

'NATHAN Jeche's late brace saw QPR Development Squad come from two goals behind to
draw 3-3 with Ipswich Town Under-21s on Tuesday afternoon.

After Ipswich took a 17th-minute lead through Matty Roberts and Arkell Jude-Boyd replied for
Rangers on 32 minutes, the game looked like it had escaped Paul Furlong's table-topping R's
following further home goals from Roberts (62 minutes) and Rio Oudnie-Morgan (75).

The Hoops had other ideas, though - earning a deserved share of the spoils after Jeche struck in
minutes 88 and 90+2.

Following an even start at the Tractor Boys' Playford Road training centre, Roberts opened the
scoring for Ipswich after finishing off a well-worked move on 17 minutes.

Rangers reacted well to falling behind, though, with both Steven Bala and Stephen Duke-McKenna
threatening an equalising goal.

The R's would eventually level matters in the 32nd minute, as Jude-Boyd broke the offside trap
to find the net via the hand of Town goalkeeper Cieran Slicker.

After restoring parity, Rangers headed in for half-time with momentum after finishing the first half
strongly.

However, QPR looked to be heading for just a third defeat in 15 league fixtures after Roberts added
a second goal for Ipswich in the 64th minute, and Oudnie-Morgan made it 3-1 with 15 minutes left on
the clock.

But the R's turned on the style late on to secure a share of points.

First, Jeche turned home Rafferty Pedder's 88th-minute centre to give Rangers hope.

And the comeback was completed as late as the 92nd minute, Jeche again on target as he finished off
Jude-Boyd's ball in on the goal-line.

Our Development Squad are back in action next Tuesday, taking on Bristol City U21s at the
Powerday Stadium.

QPR: Clark, Jude-Boyd, Woodman, Trialist, Shann, Murphy, Duke-McKenna, Pedder, Bala, Anthony,
Jeche.

Subs: Loades, Rendall, Ajose, Tuck, Trialist.'
