Reggie Cannon....

Post by Steve Russell »

From West London Sport....

'QPR are expected to finalise the signing of United States international right-back Reggie Cannon
later today.

Cannon, 25, has agreed a move to Loftus Road and can be signed outside of the transfer window as is
a free agent having left Boavista during the summer in a row over unpaid wages.

A protracted dispute with the Portuguese club appears to have been resolved and Cannon can now
move on.

Boss Gareth Ainsworth has been keen to bring in a right-back for some time.

The Chicago-born Cannon began his career at FC Dallas and left to join Boavista in 2020.

He is expected to train with his new team-mates for the first time on Thursday.'
