Young midfielder Stan Flaherty.
The 20-year-old is set to move to West London after being allowed to leave Newcastle, who signed him from Arsenal two years ago.
Flaherty, who can play as a winger as well as through the middle, will initially play for Rangers’ Under-23 side.
