JORDY de Wijs has joined Fortuna Dusseldorf on loan.
The 27-year-old will remain with the Bundesliga 2 side for the remainder of the season.
de Wijs joined Rangers from Hull City last summer following a successful period on loan during the second half of the 2020/21 campaign.
The centre-back has made 22 appearances to date in all competitions for the R’s, scoring once.
QPR's Director of Football Les Ferdinand said: "This move presents a good opportunity for Jordi to get some game time and build his resilience during the second half of the season.
"He will return to us in the summer."
de Wijs could make his debut for the Fortunen when they visit Holstein Kiel on February 6th.
Fortuna Düsseldorf are currently 15th in the second tier of German football.
