An old pub in the Fulham Palace Road, just around the corner from Hammy O; owned for years by the Mancini family (including Terry).
Just saw this in a copy of CAMRA's 'The London Drinker'
"Planning permission is being sought to convert the Old Suffolk Punch in Hammersmith, once the famous boxing pub The Golden Gloves, into a hotel.
The proposal is to demolish the building "while preserving the existing front & side facades."
A pub will be included in the new building. It was last operated as a pub by the West Berkshire Brewery whose partner company, Maverick Pubs, sold it in April 2021."

Re: The Golden Gloves
Update: I just read this on "Finding Old Friends From W12" Facebook group:
The old GGs has been bought by Kentucky Fried Chicken & re-opened as a pub,
called The Colonel's Arms, where you can buy a pint and have your KFC delivered to your table.
Supposedly a new idea from 'The Colonel' - more pubs to follow, if this one works out.
