The only thing that would make sense, is to scrap the U23 team and the fixtures.
I personally have seen no benefit in this team whatsoever, no players coming through
for the first team, consistently losing games and sometimes heavily.
A QPR U23 team should not be losing 8-0 to a Bournemouth U23 team, that is an embarrassing
and humiliating defeat albeit a pre-season friendly.
The club has obviously gone to great expense to send a team to Bournemouth, the question
that needs to be asked after that result is Why ?
