Re: Stan's funeral
Steve. I hope to be there by 11.00 am. I think Martin Beattie is going and one or two other Manchester R's.
I understand the Chapel Crematorium at Blackley holds 300 persons maximum but probably still too many
there to be able to get inside. No chance at the Church I reckon

Re: Stan's funeral
Yes Steve that's about right. From the other main Station at Victoria slightly less say 15 min walk.
The Chapel Crematorium at Blackley is further out in a northerly direction. Not a great distance away but
you will need to catch a bus.

Re: Stan's funeral
OK Steve noted. The Church is within walking distance of both the main Railway stations in
Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria but the crematorium chapel at Blackley is a bit further out.

Re: Marti Disappointed....
All reports say we were the better team. Marti may be disappointed but I am certainly not. Very Valuable point
Wonderful set of results for us over the weekend. Teams around us nearly all lost. None won.
I reckon if we can beat our relegation rivals at home we have cracked it.

Re: Stan's funeral
Steve. I will be going. Its local for me. I am not sure if we will be allowed "inside" on "spec" at both locations The Church and the Chapel crematorium. There will obviously be a great multitude at the event . Never the less I will be there even if I have to stand outside. I wil...
