The Charity Walk to Watford for the QPR Tiger Cubs Football Team

James Doe is an R’s fan who was responsible for last year’s superb Non-League Day. He has now helped organise a charity walk to Watford on Saturday: “I’m organising a charity walk from Loftus Road to Vicarage Road on 30th April ahead of our match against Watford. We are trying to raise funds for the QPR Tiger Cubs football team which caters for children with Down’s syndrome. It is one of only a few teams that provide such a service in the South East.”

I think there are around 30 Rangers fans participating in the walk including Paul Finney:

‘On Saturday I will meet up with fellow Queen’s Park Rangers fans for the 15 mile walk to Watford. The reason for this is simple as I just want to help this wonderful group of people who work so hard with the Tiger Cubs who themselves inspire me when you see the video of the Cubs and the massive work that is put in by ‘QPR in the Community Trust’. If in these hard times you can give something for the Cubs I will promise you that it will be money well spent and that it will help these children more than you could dream of. I will be easy to spot as I will be the one on the ground with my feet in a bucket !’

Good luck to Paul and all the others involved in the walk.So please give what you can.You can also donate via this link: http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/tigercubs
